How well does Swiss substitute for Jarlsberg cheese in a quiche?
There is a recipe I would like to make for Thanksgiving this year, but Jarlsberg is not an easy cheese to find where I live.

It's a perfect substitute. Emmentaler would be another good choice if you were staying with the swiss like theme
