How do you become a swiss neurosurgeon?
I'm 13, and I'm already planning my future. I want to live in Switzerland when I grow older, and become a neurosurgeon so, what do I do? Oh yeah, also, what are some pros and cons of Switzerland?

Before you go any further find out if the Swiss will even let you live there, let alone work there.

Become a world renowned neurosurgeon, and a very wealthy one, then see if Switzerland will admit you. It is about the world's most costly place to immigrate to, and the Swiss are generally not keen on immigration, so it's about the world's most difficult place to immigrate to. It's a wonderful place, very expensive, very exclusive, and intends to remain so.
