How can I ensure that the Swiss Social services take my concerns seriously?
My children live in Switzerland &I haven't seen them in over 4years. My estranged spouse will not give me up-dates about my children and the Swiss social services wont answer my questions. My children want to live with me here in New Zealand, but the Swiss courts have ignored that my children are New Zealand born citizens and treat me as "Untermench" by not ansering my questions or enforcing my childrens' rights. My children ages' are 14,11, &9. I feel as if the Swiss government and courts are racist and they won't listen to me or take me seriously. I've asked for help here in New Zealand, but no-body wants to get involved. I'm desperate to see my children again and have them here with me. I get one photo per year of my children and have received only 5phone calls in 4years, yet the Swiss social services will not ensure that I receive more than what my estanged spouse allows. How can I get in contact with someone in the Hague to ensure that the Swiss Courts and the Swiss Socail services listen and take me seriously? I haven't seen my children in 4years, I have received only 5phone calls in 4years and receive only 1photograph per year. I receive no up-dates concerning my children and am ignored by the Social Services there. My lawyer has not contacted me concerning my divorce and I've received papers only in German which I cannot read. Under international law, it is illegal to put someone at a dissadvantage because of language difficulties, but the Swiss courts and social Services ignore this. I have not been fully or even properly represented in the Swiss courts without prejudice. "Wenn Du Bisch der Ausslander, Du bisch immer Ausslander" is how they make me feel.
