Your relatives need to find you a job and have the employer sponsor you. Fastest, sure way. Other than that, it takes a really long time.

Excuse me for being skeptical

Route yourself through Mexico, everyone else is doing it, and there money will get you anything. Take plenty of cash.

The easiest way would probably ask one of your Uncles when the next time he is expecting to have a Dirty bomb mailed to the USA. Then you can hide inside of it. Be careful though, I hear those things can get pretty messy.

well man don't listen to these jackass's..what your uncle has to do is to file for you as a legal resident almost like adoption but not quite..it will take longer then to say if it was your mom or dad filing for you...they need to get an attorney and then you would have to have a clean record and some money to pay the visa bill...this process might take 1-2 yrs not sure depeneds on the immigration service and right now it seems pretty slow...but you have to find a good lawyer and they might do some serious back ground check since your from iraq not to say your a terrioist they just doing it to make sure. but that degree should help you out alot. and another thing your uncle has to have a job to sponsor you, because they want to make sure you do not count on the government for living...if he doesn't make enough money he can find a co-sponsor. good luck man

We gave twice as many visas out to Iraqi's last year than the year before. I don't know if you qualify for the diversity lottery, but if you do you might try it. Either way, if a screening would fail to pass you, you would be out of luck.
