Probably not. Any forensic accountant will quickly trace the transfer and the IRS isn't going to like it one bit. But, if you must do it, you can choose from the Caymans, the British Isles, and others. 'Friendly' Banks can send information packages to you, at your work or at your PO box. Most charge roughly the same amount for services. Additionally, Russian Banks will work with you - and they pay higher returns - but they don't advertise. Lastly, the best way to move money is to make cash withdrawls from your bank and take them to your offshore private bank - personally - less than 10K at a time. Do you take a lot of trips?
