All these bail outs and figures does anybody feel we are being taken advantage of?
I can not stand all these different figures and proposals on what to do with OUR tax dollars! I am done! i am going to live in another country....the Swiss don't have these issues!

OK, they say the bailouts will cost taxpayers $5000 per household, at least. Now, lets say they gave each household the $5000 instead of the banks................ hmmmm, what would that have done to our economy ??? homes in foreclosure could be paid up, consumers could pay down debt, consumers can spend the money. better use of our taxdollars ??

yes i do...... i did the math on the AIG bail out and if the government would have divided the money between all of age tax paying ctizens and then took say 30% back in taxes...... we would have all had about 264,000 dollars...... that would have helped our economy tremendously, not to mentio all of the money the government would have gotten back when we paid our taxes...... i'll admit that there would be thousands of people out of work...... but if the government applied my univeral ideas they would have made it with no problem...... because not only would everyone got close to that amount of money...... but couples would have gotten twice that amount......

you might want to look a little harder if you think the economic crisis is not affecting the european union too. places like somalia or anarctica, where they are not really subject to a sovereign government and hence not hooked into the global above-ground economy would be better places to look if you want to escape.
