The Swiss are dirty? How you ask? World- cup qualifiers Turkey VS Switzerland... The 1st game in Swiss... The whole game they were swearing and abusing the players, the Turksjust played the game. The 2nd game in Turkey... The whole game they were still swearing at the Turks, and were pulling at their shirts punching them on corners and free- kicks, angering them on purpose, with the support of their 12th man... the referee... And what happened at the end of the game was nothing unexpected. Another example of dirty Swiss play, is the South- Korea game... The 1st goal was a good goal, what happened in the split- second after the goal... a headbutt by the goalscorer, accident or purpose? The 2nd goal was offside, the Koreans should of had 2 penalties, the referee slowed Koreas game down by giving bad- timed fouls instead of letting it go to advantage, the ref was not born in Swiss but lived in Swiss most of his life, and has Swiss Citizenship (dual) SEPP BLATTER, FIFA PRESIDENT IS SWISS.

And this is the beauty of football.... hey, while at it, dig up 500years of history! Why stop at football when we can go to war over stupid referees! Yeeeeaaaahhh!! Kill the Swiss!! Who cares if they were actually the better ones anyway!

hey, i understand your really into soccer and probably more than i am... im a korean myself and as a korean, im kinda gettin sick of the posts about how the officiator was unfair.. if we feel that it was unfair.. we should have the mentality to improve and get ready for the next world cup.. otherwise, we will be the same as those whiners in the 2002 world cup.. what im trying to say is... let's be humble and let this go, because i believe our country did VERY good in this round.. ëŒ€í•œë¯¼êµ í™”ì´íŒ…!

Another sour-grape loser waiting for an opportunity to bash the Swiss. Switzerland beat Turkey to qualify. Switzerland beat S Korea to make last-16. Everthing else is irrelevant. End of story.

Oh dear -of course it was all a huge conspiracy to keep Turkey out of the World Cup wasn't it, and now obviously a new conspiracy to allow the Swiss to win the cup - I suggest you take that huge chip off your shoulder and just enjoy your life instead - the Swiss beat Turkey and qualified; it's as simple as that. While you are removing that chip, also try to realise that even if the Swiss were offside it was the referee who allowed the goal and not the Swiss - even if it was offside sometimes officials make mistakes - so how on earth does that make them dirty - and no that was not a deliberate headbutt, how can you even imply that? Besides, the second goal was not offside - the ball was deflected into Frei's path by a Korean defender - the lineman flagged for offside, the ref correctly over-ruled the decision and allowed the Swiss goal to stand.
