How can i open a German, Swiss, or Austrian Bank account or get a debit card from there? w/o being a resident?
If i lived either in europe or in the US but i didnt live in either of those countries

well you can open one bank account in France without being resident. just one.
2 :
You dont have to be a resident of that country to open an account. See if they have a branch in the US. If not, call their customer service, they will be glad to open u an account.
