Can a Swiss Citizen live in an overseas department of France (ie Réunion) without a visa or work permit

Can a Swiss Citizen live in an overseas department of France (ie Réunion) without a visa or work permit? ?
I can live and work in Metropolitan France without any special documents as per Swiss EU Bilateral treaties. However I can't find information as to whether I may do the same in the Overseas and Outermost regions of the EU.

At Réunion, French Guiana, Guadeloupe and Martinique (the three French Departments of the Americas) and French Polynesia, New Caledonia, Wallis and Futuna, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, Mayotte, and the French Southern and Antarctic Territories you may stay visa-free on long term same as in France as a Swiss national.
